Without going into too much detail, based on what you've shared with us in the past, I'm positive it wasn't just the absence that caused them to terminate you. There are regulations in place that would have taken the decision out of your supervisor's hands, regardless of how much they may have wanted to keep you.

Hmm, link? And speaking of commercials, did you see that one that some German student made for Adidas? I think he actually reached out to them and they passed on his idea. And just a fun fact about Adidas, it's headquarters is in the same German town as Puma. I thought Puma was Italian.

That made me think about a new thread idea for best acting in a film from a nonactor. But to be honest, I can't actually think of any films right offhand that uses real people. I know that's crazy. I'm thinking like maybe where people are interviewed in the movie. The actors in Up In The Air talking about getting laid off, were they all actors?

Sounds like it, I like living where I do, at least for the weather. Sometimes it gets too hot but it rarely gets too cold.
