I actually looked and I own five haha. I forget about the pet shop. Anyway my to build and to look at was definitely the palace cinema.

Being a movie fan this one sticks out quite a bit in the collection. It towers above the rest and it was a damn fun build. Highly recommended as your next set. LEGO is an expensive hobby, but such a blast.

I saw it at Target a few weeks ago, when I went back a few days later it was gone. I tried the Lego store and didn't see any in stock. I just checked the Lego website, it's listed as retired

Thanks, I like how that looks as well! I wasn't as thrilled with the interior as the outside when I watched reviews, but the exterior is especially impressive. The pet shop definitley looks to have the least impressive interiors.

Damn that's a bummer it's retired. I guess I missed reading that. Some stores probably have stock left assuming it didn't retire too long ago. It's worth retail or just above if you do find it. Just an overall fun set... Especially the play factor. This is the next superhero set I want...

The interior isn't anything to write home about, but I generally love the modulars as display pieces so a more impressive outside means more to me. Both of these retired sets don't have a ton going on inside, but they are damn impressive outside.




I guess it all depends on what you're looking for. LEGO is getting more detailed with their play features as they release new sets.
