Spent over 30 hours at the hospital this week.
I got her home a few hours ago.
She's very frail and it's difficult right now. I'm trying to sleep (yeah right) in a chair next to her bed.
She's happy to be with her dog and calico cats again.

Guys night in, tonight. My fiancee flew out to yet another training conference this morning and my daughter's at a sleepover tonight, so I'm hanging out and having a couple beers (side note: the boys are drinking root beers) with my little nephews and watching some TV.

Watching Before I Fall on Vudu. Bought the code off someone here. I plan on buying the blu-ray but haven't found time to go get it. So I bought the code now, and when I do buy it, I'll give the code to a friend or something.

I checked that out from my local library. Which is surprising. Seeing how it just came out not too long ago. I'm guessing either someone buys new movies for the library, or someone buy it and didn't like it.

Just got back from seeing Wonder Woman. It was an very good movie, easily well worth my time and money. I was entertained throughout and was never bored despite the 2:20 minute running time and slightly overlong third act but that could have been due to the Gal Gadot effect...dear God that woman is beautiful and the camera clearly loves her. I was also actually pleasantly surprised by Chris Pine, he did a good job. If I had one gripe aside from the third act it would be the constant furling of Ms. Gadot's brow throughout and the fact that I felt like I was stuck in Canada with 1,000 Celine Dions in the first act.

House sitting for my folks this week, just finished cutting up 3/4 of a fallen tree in their yard so now trying to relax in front of a fire with my lil girl. Listening to some tunes and having a couple cold brews,however she's starting to get tired so something tells me we won't be out here much longer.
