I like the near solitude of delivering and my uncle who worked for FedEx liked it too. Just me, the packages and my next stop.

My ultimate goal as a teenager was having a job as simple as that.

Going to loudly get aquaphor from the car in a bit and and also loudly put my coffee mug in the dishwasher. I make my own fun.

Well before I used it on tattoos, now I use it on my foot. Time to read a bit more before bed!

Watching the morning news.....I am usually up at 3:30AM...run between 4-4:30AM (outside year round) and then shower and await for 5:30AM when it is time to wake my son and then I go to work at 6:30AM (have to "show up" at the office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday by 7AM.)

Trying to plan out my vacation days as to when to take them for the remainder of this year. I should have 52 hours, but I don't get them until 11/5 (when my 3 month probation is up since I'm new here).

I am in the same boat, can you carry anything over to next year? I have been with my employer for a few years and just haven't used them this year....I have 19 days I can take (I can carry over 5), but I still need to take 14 days (112 hours) by 12/31. Think I will take a week off in October, November and December.

I was told that the rules state I can't, but I guess if you talk to the owner he is pretty easy going with it.

I don't mind taking the days off though haha. Just need to figure out when.

I make my own shortbread cookies. Business isn't going well, though. There is another bunch that makes their own cookies. Some little short & shitty elves. Found out their base of operations is in a tree. Planning to go over there tonight and torch the place. But you didn't hear that from me.

Just trying to quell my anxiety for this storm to come through tonight with the heavy winds/gusts and flash flooding. The trees behind our property are lovely until the wind start kicking in and then they're downright panic-inducing.

Taking a 15 minute potty break, thinking I'm about 30% of the way through my route.

At the hotel in Blue Ridge, Georgia where we're spending the last night of our little trip. Due to the incoming hurricane, we're cutting the trip a little short. Pretty cute server at The General Ledger where we ate dinner. I asked if she was single and she asked, am I seeing anyone? I confirmed that's what I was asking. She said not really and I asked for her number. She asked for mine instead. Not a good sign but I think I may have made the mistake of telling her I'm a tourist and just passing through. I didn't say exactly that but she knows I'm not a local. My beauty should have told her that much But yeah, we'll see what happens...

Thanks, bud...we made it through the night safe and sound, but others were not so lucky, much of Atlanta is flooded and like 900K+ without power.
