I'd guess there were also Integra equivalents. I think the last iteration was the 5509. I kind'a miss those mid/late 2000s days when the Onkyo 805 AVR was giving separates a run for their money.
I had an Onkyo receiver from 2008 that my brother, who knows this stuff, picked out for me. It lasted me almost 10 years before it crapped out. It just so happens that it crapped out just as I received my vinyl copy of Radiohead's 20th anniversary of Ok Computer arrived. Was so pissed.

I'm sure they will find 50 things wrong with the house, it was built in 1969.

Right now I am on my sofa in my "Man Cave" in the basement having some beer & wine watching the NCAA hoops tourney. It's a Iowa Hawkeyes, STL Cardinals, Chicago Bears & Tampa Bay Bucs Man Cave. I really love it and it's nice and cool down here, will be great during the hot summer months. I left the city for rural life, and it's great.

Having a brand new home vs. a home that is 55 years old is so much better and modern. Plus, I have a retention pond and small wooded area behind me, which means no homes will be built there, I get privacy
I read that first as mice and I thought that whatever SF has is contagious. Next thing you know, you'll see squirrels before your eyes. Also, a man cave should be a great home theater set up and maybe some pictures of playboy bunnies on the wall if you're that tacky. Or some movie posters even, if you're even tackier. But it is not sports. What are you a mouse or a man?

UGH!!! What is wrong with you people. I will never go to a laundromat and pay to wash/dry my clothes again. Not wasting my money on something so stupid. Biggest rip off this side of the Post Office. I don't care if I have to go a family member's house to do my laundry. I WILL NOT be taken in again.

Power just came back on at 12 noon est, after a little over 14 hours of having no power!

Big Storm came through here last night, Tornado Warning and everything..
Our neighbors tree (about 40 ft. from my front door) was blown down across the power lines
and the road at 9:45PM. (and the power went out)

We were surprised given the not so high priority area we live in,
but the Fire Dept, and a little later a Gas & Electric Assessment Team came out.

Bright and early this morning ( 7AM ) equipment was removing the tree from across the road,
and right before it finished up, the Power Company was on scene ready to work.

Oh and yes!...
At 5AM this morning some dude in a SUV came flying down the road and rammed right
into the downed tree.

It took him a bit, but he was able to get unstuck, it took him longer to pull all the branches
out from the front and under his SUV, but he finally was able to drive off.

I wonder just how messed up his SUV really is, because it really took him a while and
some effort before he was able to drive off?

And throughout all this I got about 2 hrs sleep

At Mountain Mike's at the beginning of my weekend. It's been a few weeks since I've gotten pizza. I took the bus down from my apartment because they are off their strike and I was too lazy to walk I think I'll catch the bus and hit Cycle Gear and see about getting some gloves and possibly a riding jacket. I haven't researched jackets yet and not sure that I will. I'd also like to get a bike cover as well. Riding boots will come at some point as well along with a new helmet which will be used on the road and off-road as well. It will have some street helmet characteristics with some mx helmet characteristics.

After that, since the weather is decent right now and I think the ground is drying, I may go out for my first ride

HAHA..yeah that's a mega nosebleed section at Chase Center. Seats weren't great at MSG, but still pretty darn good. I expected my new iPhone to take better photos but what can you do.

Just keep it off the mountain bike trails!

Joking aside, one of my local trails was starting to get guys on dirt bikes. But I think they bailed when they got tired of having to take switchbacks made for mountain bikes up to the main trail head lol

Ha, I've seen some videos or shorts on YouTube where guys on those motorized bikes are on walking or mountain bike paths and there's a little confrontation.

Forgot to mention that it's movie time. I'm feeling pretty good but we'll see if I can stay that way through the movie and beyond so I can surf the net a bit after the movie is over. It's 6:50pm right now and I've been up since about 9:30pm last night. Not sure what movie I'll watch yet but I'll know soon.

Ha, I've had my helmet for a month and a half now And my brain is so enormous and advanced, that even if I was only left with one brain cell, it would still be enough to power the universe

Today's day off was pretty simple. Just Mountain Mike's and Cycle Gear. I was hoping to get home and get my ride in but I decided I'd wait until tomorrow provided the weather is good. I think I was in the store thinking about the amount of daylight left and figuring I might run out so I decided to hold off and browse in the store longer. I think I actually would have had enough daylight left but it was raining when I left the store though so I'm glad I waited.

Besides checking out gloves, I also tried on some helmets and a few jackets. I didn't try any full suits on but I took a couple pics and they remind me of Austin Powers in the cryo chamber
