Going to bed before tomorrow's logistics shift. Finished Sunrise on the Reaping earlier and re-opened the 3rd book of Quicksilver. Yikes, what a gut punch the final (for now) novel of the Hunger Games was!

Waiting for my home theater subwoofer to be delivered. I have to sign for its delivery. Next, I have to find people that can carry this 100 pound monster inside for me. I hope the rain holds off until then.

I’m just getting ready for the day. And yeah, I know that it’s noonish. Anyway, I’m thinking about going on a guitars and amps recon mission to Toledo this afternoon. One of my favorite stores has just gotten a bunch of new-to-me used stock, and there’s several good prospects. Not looking for anything specific, but just checking out tonality, for the most part.

Was planning on baking a apple pie today.... But I think I am going to give my pastry/pie dough a overnight chill so the ingredients can full intertwine and make for a better pie.

My new subwoofer has arrived! FedEx held me hostage all day awaiting its delivery, but the wait is finally over!

I will need help unboxing and positioning it as it is more than I can handle by myself. Next, I will have to tinker with settings for who knows how long, but that is all part of the fun.

In my younger days, I would be on the lookout for FedEx or UPS trucks in my area when I had something out for delivery. Sometimes I'd get it sooner.

Ended up making my dog homemade dog treats and me a Herb & Garlic on sourdough crust pizza.

Averaged 30.4 stops per hour on my route today, went way too fast, surprised dispatch didn't send me to help another driver after I finished. Went for a 3 mile run outside instead of on the dreadmill because I finished in time to do so while there was still daylight. Time for bed! Going to chill at my sister's house most of the day tomorrow and also make banana pudding and wash my father's SUV.

Congrats! What did you get?

Location is key with any subwoofer, so if you can in any way try a few different locations, settled in with what sounds best to your ears. You can always do the "subwoofer crawl." Lots of sticky's here in the subwoofer threads if you need any help.

The worse is when it arrives early, and since I work from home having to stare at that box and resist the temptation to open it and ruin the work day is pure torture.
