Cleaning up cat litter, I am taking care of a cat for two weeks. This damn cat gets litter everywhere. I even found some on the dining room table.

that's the only part about having a cat that i didn't enjoy.

i've had 3 cats as pets at different times in my life, but only one used a litter box.

the first one we taught to use the toilet (there's a kit you can buy).....hence no cat litter.

the second one (my little buddy) used a litter box because when i got him i was working crazy hours and didn't have time to teach him how to use a toilet. and he was good at getting litter everywhere because he liked to jump out of the box and take off running when he was done and would sling it everywhere.

the third one, the one we have now, goes outside to do her business. she's like a dog in that she lets us know when she needs to go out.

but i love my pets and wouldn't give them up for anything.

Feeling like garbage. I guess is the new pre-workout I have been taking "Mr.Hyde". Worked great during the week...awesome energy, focus, pump. However, I guess it has way too much stim.

My mood and energy level has been terrible during the entire weekend. Tired, and gloomy which is not the norm for me. I guess I will just take the stuff on bench days...not worth it.

Try bulletproof coffee. My martial arts teacher used to just put a dab of butter and or organic coconut oil in his coffee. I have used it on and off with no ill effects towards my cholesterol.

I'm getting ready to go downtown to see Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory on the big screen. It's my all time favorite film, the ultimate go-to when I'm feeling sad or unmotivated, so I'm pretty excited to see Gene Wilder grace the screen in large format.
