I'm not big on remakes in general, but found this article from 2004.

For the original, Paddy Chayefsky ("Network") adapted the film from his own novel, but the three-time Oscar winning scribe so clashed with the director's vision that he removed his name and replaced it with the pseudonym Sidney Aaron (his first and middle names).

I googled Fernley Phillips and the last thing he's well known for is The Number 23, but I couldn't find any new info. on Altered States other than rumor. If anyone comes across something new about this project, shoot me a PM.

Wife and I just done some house cleaning. I've got the Jays/Yankees recorded, but may have to wait a bit before starting that, which kinda sucks. There's still some running around to do and also some messing around with various electronics around the house.

I am firmly sun burnt all over my arms and legs. Around noon I decided to take the initiative to clean the deck furniture and spray off the deck itself. Someone thought it was okay to skip the sunscreen.

I'm looking up what to do besides peel and itch.

Those are great snacks. I get those mixed boxes at Sam's Club that have chocolate, regular, S'mores and sprinkles. It's a quick breakfast.
