Had to run a bunch of errands. I just got home and I haven't eaten all day, so I should probably do something about that as I'm beginning to feel quite sick.

I also have some things to check on and papers to prepare for tomorrow. After that, if I'm up to it, I'll probably watch WWE FastLane.

Just removing the last pieces of my venerable Hitachi 51F500.

It was my first HDTV. Purchased in early 2003, it amazed the neighbourhood. It performed flawlessly for 12 years. Even though it was supplanted by a much more modern TV years ago, I kept it in my living room as a "backup" TV. It was disconnected for the last time in December of 2015.

Unfortunately, as a 250lb. rear-projection tank, there was no easy way to get rid of it...so, a few days ago, I started dismantling it piece by piece. The electronics will go to a disposal depot. The sections of the particle board cabinet will be cut up (when warmer weather arrives) and thrown in the garbage (a few bits every week).

It was beautifully built. Too bad Hitachi got out of the consumer TV business.
