Just got off work and now relaxing in bed with the Macbook, listening to depressing music. Might finish watching the ABC show Speechless. Started the pilot last night but fell asleep.

Went to a open interview at a tire shop today, long story short didn't get the job. But I knew I wasn't getting it because while I was filling out my application another guy was there talking about how he was going to school for his automotive master certification.

Thanks but no tears, after I heard automotive master I knew my chances where slim.

Anyway there's a possibility that my local Lowe's could start posting seasonal jobs soon so that was a bit of a pick me up.

I haven't checked. I still need to call my old job and see about coming back. It's a long shot but it's worth a try. I also need to call my probation officer. I haven't checked in in quite awhile. I'm hoping to get it transferred out to my county since I'm not in SJ anymore.

My last job was with the postal service. I was let go in April because I was AWOL. This passed June would have been my 10-year mark

Thanks buddy! I guess that's the only reason that they let me go was because of being AWOL. I just had no way of contacting them and letting them know where I was. It was a fun job. I worked as a clerk in an office and started at 4am. Once the express mail came in, I'd go out and deliver which was nice because it got me out of the office. I always loved driving through the country club and looking at all of the houses.

That stinks about your dog And he's just sitting there like, "what, it wasn't me" Maybe you could let him outside for awhile.

yeah I was wondering if it might be quite cold where you are. I'm in California and it's even a bit chilly here.

I'm just going to browse the boards some more, maybe pop back over to IMDb, add some more movies to the collection here. I think I'm just about out of movies to add but I'm not sure. I do have quite a few imported DVD sets that probably aren't even in the database.
