He can't say anything, I served my Country honorably for 20 years. Time to move on & actually enjoy my life with my wife.

Pretty excited, three seasonal positions have opened up at my local Lowe's.

Best part is there the ones I worked last year with them so I might be higher on the list since I have the experience.

But it's out of my hands

Thank you, it was by far the best place for me to work even as a cashier. Shouldn't have left last year stupidest thing I ever done.

For cooking white rice using an electronic rice cooker, the rice-water ratio is usually 1 part of rice & 1 part of water. Rice:Water=1:1
The ratio may vary a little depending on the brand of rice and your personal preference. Some people like their rice more watery than others.

Examples:
2 cups rice -> 2 cups water
3 cups rice -> 3 cups water
4 cups rice -> 4 cups water
5 cups rice -> 5 cups water

Just watched Underworld: Blood Wars not too long ago and now I'm at Barnes and Noble. I'll do the usual stuff. Before I head back to the movies forum, I'm going to read theater dreamer's rant about amazon. I actually checked out the thread already but I wasn't prepared to read as much as he wrote. I am now though because it should be an interesting rant. I already know which reply I'm going to quote too

Good luck! The pharmacy manager I interviewed with yesterday said they'll let me know in about a week. So if I don't hear back by the 20th, I'll assume I didn't get the job. Watching Final Jeopardy before I watch more Netflix and then hit the gym.
