Kip has been 7 times, which is impressive, until you consider I've been to 6 Jennifer Lawrence films at least that many. 7 is also nowhere near the record for either of us. Oh well off to bed so I can get up and carb load before my next training run.

Thanks. This was my 4th time running this particular half & my 14th half overall. Pretty funny to me is that I ran this year's race 9 minutes faster than last year's race. [emoji14]
