I agree. I think that Midwest better describes Colorado and Utah and the surrounding states. I'm not sure when Midwest started being used. I would imagine it was after we had expanded further West.

Just finished Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. And it was so hard to finish this turd. What a steaming pile of cow manure. The first hour was so incredibly boring we darn near called it quits 2-3 times. My kid eventually fell asleep. He was the lucky one. Since I'm a glutton for punishment I stuck it out till the end. Omg, and the movie wouldn't end. It kept going and going. I wanted to stab myself in both eyes with a magic wand. I give it 1.5 cow patties.
