pretty much what happens every 2 weeks for me. if i don't find something by the new year, i don't know what's gonna happen. i'm not sure i can survive another year at that place.

ot: FINALLY got through putting my new shelf up. i am so damn tired right now, it almost hurts to type. before i could put the new shelf up, i had to take down 4 other shelves, fill those holes (some of them kind of big due to the type of fasteners i had to use), wait for that to dry, then sand, then paint ( 2 coats, then wait for that to dry. then i could put of the new shelf.

then, i had to straighten everything out and get everything put back where it goes. meaning all the stuff that was on the other 4 shelves situated on the new one, put my computer stuff back on my desk (shelf is directly over my monitors, about 6 inches up), get all the wires run again, move my printer (since the shelf it was on is now gone), and then clean the entire room of all the dust.

did i mention i'm tired....

gonna go eat now...

I forgot that you Uber'ed. I checked out the tech section in the paper quite a bit while I was in jail and saw quite a bit about Uber since this is the Silicon Valley. Obviously a lot of it was about the allegations of the toxic environment and the ouster of the CEO. Assuming you're enjoying it though which is good. With Uber, are passengers allowed to drink, smoke or do drugs in your vehicle?

Well open container alcohol in a car is always a no-no. Drugs are drugs, lol. Most people will ask me if they can smoke, which I allow if they keep the window somewhat down.

I know drugs are illegal but I thought I heard something about customers having more freedom in the cars than Lyft passengers. I wouldn't want any crazy stuff or anyone puking in my car if I was driving.

got back from getting gas (and a dr pepper) a few minutes ago and was just putting my paid bills receipts into my file.

also, i dropped off some movies at the ups store to ship to amazon for credit.

Having a heck of a time picking out a book to buy so came to Chevys to eat and think about it. I haven't actually really tried yet. I don't even know where to begin. Hell, I shouldn't overthink it too much. I'm sure any book I'll get will be a good read.

been a bit since I stopped around here, so yesterday I watched Alien for the first time ever & it was great.

I found The Texas Chainsaw 2 at my local Dollar General for 4.45 so I had to get it. lol

No I have not read that one and not sure that I would understand it

I may need to come back if I don't get one today. I'm still at Chevys and nowhere close to deciding what to get. I'm still not even sure what genre I want to get.
