had to order a new gas card.

i went to get some gas earlier today. took out my wallet, and......nada. no gas card, no nothing (except for the other stuff i keep in there). i had enough gas to go where i needed to go and get back home; but i wanted to fill up so i wasn't running so low in case of an emergency.

so i had to order a new one when i got back home form my sister's.

Relaxing after searching for my dog for over an our out in the cold, dark night. Little shit bolted on me. Hard to find him too, because he's mostly black. Glad I finally found him. Was worried about him freezing out in the cold, or wandering too far and not finding his way back home. Or the possibility of someone else finding him, that doesn't treat animals right. Also, most definitely didn't want him getting hit bar a car. Anyway, my Christmas won't turn into a bad one now. The little shit won't be getting off the leash again anytime soon. Hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas. I'm off to bed now.

Just made coffee and want to get us one, but am wondering how/if I'll get back into bed. Our dogs are both on the bed and are stretched out and have us pinned in. It seems I'll have to force my way back.

Drinking some coffee and trying to keep the ankle-biter away from the tree for a couple more hours. She knows very well we don't open presents until after breakfast, and we don't eat breakfast until everybody's awake.

presents are opened, food is eaten, kitchen is cleaned up (about 95%, anyway), family's gone, and i just got through getting my room straightened up.

got all my stuff sorted out so now i can chill for a while.

it was a good day.....
