Enjoying some AYCE pancakes at Denny's. Finishing up the first three and just ordered another plate. Brought Count Of Monte Cristo and a notebook in case I feel like writing but I doubt either one will get opened.

^^Yeah, the original is a total mind screw. I enjoyed them both but for different reasons. Kind of like The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo movies.

Did some hiking yesterday after a sushi and two beer lunch. It was an easy hike and the falls at the bottom just reaffirmed to me just how much I love Georgia:

In all seriousness, loved everything about Georgia but the humidity. I was slotted in a sweet spot weather wise for Pre-Ranger/Ranger School before I busted my ankle and got sent down the road in 92. Biggest regret I had was not sucking it up, but I kept re-injuring it. Last time I was stepping off a curb taking one of my soldiers to the dentist. Still took his sorry ass to his appointment despite the pain. Little ***** had the nerve to ask if we could stop by Burger King to grab something to eat. Meanwhile I'm screaming internally every time I'm shifting gears

can't say i don't deserve it. or if i did say, i'd be lyin'.

and yeah, the humidity here is no joke. makes the summer and early fall here just...unbearable. can be stifling at times.

Sitting here having another cup of coffee debating on if I'm going to start up some eBay auctions. I think I've come up with a plan on staging my collectibles for the totes too. Still feel like I'm missing a box or two on my older Marvel Legends and Star Trek stuff. Anyway, kind of chilling for the moment before I wake up the boy. Haven't decided if we're just going to knock out school work in one day or spread it out like usual. Definitely need to take advantage of the sunshine to go grab some more totes at Business Costco. Looks like the rain is back tomorrow. So yard is going to have to wait until at least Saturday.

Yeah, every time someone complains about it being hot or whatnot during the beautiful times of the year here I want to virtually slap them upside the head. Between The South and The Desert you don't know what "This weather sucks" means
