I am throughly chuckling to myself.

This guy clearly states in his return policy that he accepts returns for damaged items or items "other than advertised" i.e. SMASHED in the box.

Now he isn't returning my e-mails

He has until Wednesday....then he start not returning EBAY'S e-mails.

Life is so simple really...you can do it the hard way or the easy way.
