Just got done cutting the grass - streaming the Red Sox / Blue Jay on MLBTV while reading posts here.

I picked up some of that to try the other night. I got the Mio, Mio Energy and Mio Fit. I also bought the new Crystal Light version and Dasani Water brand. So far they've all been pretty tasty. Sadly, I realize they aren't that healthy since they contain known carcinogens but if used in moderation they are an excellent way to cut soda and other drinks completely out while getting more water into your diet.

I've completely stopped drinking soda since purchasing it and I already feel better. I may drink 4 glasses with the Mio product (or one of the others) and 4-6 glasses without it. So far so good.

I don't know how old you are, but I am in a similar boat. Half of my female friends either have kids or are getting ready to. Meh. The idea of being pregnant freaks me out, yet they are all cool as ice about it.
