You should never take a bath or shower during a thunderstorm due to the possibility of getting struck my lightning. If lightning hits around your home and hits a metal pipe it will travel and you can be electrocuted. When my great-granny was my age she was struck by lighting in this manner. If you google showering during a storm you will see a well documented history of the dangers. Some people have been shocked even brushing their teeth while a storm was going on. It's always best to wait it out.

I've seen it a few times now. It's so awesome... I will probably go back and see it Tuesday since I know the weekend showings will be packed. Luckily neither showing I was in was too bad and I could enjoy it.

As much as I adore RDJ and Iron Man, this film was 10x more awesome. IM3 was a bit of a letdown but Star Trek has distracted me so the loss of coolness there hasn't fazed me much.

I shower during storms all the time.

I have heard this before. You're also not supposed to stand next to windows either.

And I'm getting ready to watch Lawrence of Arabia. The running time is so intimidating.

I don't mind long movies when they are interesting or need it to tell a full story. The Hobbit/LOTR, Avatar, Spartacus...etc.

I've never any of those movies. I think the longest movie I've ever seen might be The Pearl Harbor Directors cut. A little over 3 hours.
