I just finished my second one and won't eat more, I am full now .
And I have to admit they tasted really good... nice thick, soft, warm pancakes. Damn, I hope I don't get addicted or I'll gain 50 pounds within a year .

I have never seen this kind of pancakes here, probably US-style:

Those pancakes are really small, the ones I made are not even the normal size here :P.

I know Swedish people. Scandinavian pancakes are more crepe like, am I right? American style is thicker and dense. No pun intended.

Well, the Netherlands is not part of Scandinavia, but you're right about the pancakes. American ones are much thicker . And there are so called 'pancake houses' in the Netherlands. Just cafes who are 'specialized' in pancakes, they make pancakes with bacon, bananas and a lot of other stuff.
I don't eat those pancakes though, don't eat a lot of pancakes in general. I used to when I was a little kid, but I rarely eat pancakes these days . Those 'houses' are also meant for kids .

O, and just to let you know:
The following 5 countries are part of Scandinavia:

- Sweden
- Finland
- Norway
- Denmark (+Greenland)
- Iceland

The Netherlands and Germany are very close to the Scandinavian countries, that's why some people think they're part of Scandinavia .

I guess I didn't pay attention in geography class. Can't believe I messed up like that.

I should be asleep but I'm watching School of Rock. I need to find a way to get by on four hours of sleep on a regular basis.

I'm watching the Spurs/Grizzlies game. After the game is over I'm going to watch Star Trek: TMP. I haven't seen it in years so it is time to crack it back out.

I would be able to get more done. I know studies say it's bad for you in the long term, but for a few months I'd like to be able to sleep only 4-6 after 18 to 20 hours of being awake. I could get most of my projects done 30% faster. Right now I'm down to only needing six hours. I do get sleepy after 6-8 hours of being awake but I go take a shower and I'm able to make it another 10-12 hours.
