wondering why i never got a call from the employer i applied to last week when i am the most qualified person for that damn job. i've applied for 100's of jobs and not a single damn call!

Sometimes it feels like they hire the person who isn't the most qualified and its very political. Have you been calling every day or every other day like people have told mt too do? Maybe you gotta do the calling instead?

that what I've heard & read too, just keep calling every other day is my guess.

it's an office job, so calling everyday doesn't apply to these kinds of jobs. it's true that once you become unemployed for more than 6 mos., employers tend to ignore your resume. i became unemployed for more than a year about a year ago and i think that's the reason why i'm not getting any calls from these employers. it's a major concern to them, and they don't even really care what your reason is for being unemployed. there was even a tv special about this not long ago, and employers are in fact choosing not to call those people who have been unemployed for more than 6 mos. we live in a terrible world, i tell you!

Got my roommate assignment today. He doesn't have any social networks I don't think so I guess I'll have to get to know him the old fashioned way: email.

Does that actually work? I've heard better things about it than I have P90X.

I've done both, but must say overall I prefer Insanity, the workouts are shorter, but way more intense throughout. You can't lose with either though.

Been listening to music pretty much all this evening. While cleaning out my garage earlier, I found an old record player of my moms so herself & I been jammin' out to a bunch of classics! Amazing vinyl collection
