I know, I'm looking on Google and I think the cheapest so far I've found is $500

There are those places where you can rent a room for a daily price. Saw you could rent a single room for $45 a day in the Korean-town district near LA metro.

All I need is some cheap for a couple months until I had money saved for something better. Or just tough it out for the moment.

I know. But I guess that's only if you need a place to crash for a week or two before setting up in your own place. It's a studio apartment that's 209 SQ Ft. Don't really need alot of space really. Cause I don't own alot of stuff to begin with.

unless you need to be close to downtown I'd recommend going inland some, that $500 will go a lot farther. Or the valley but that's getting a little far from LA.

So you can get alot cheaper stuff you say? I would at the current moment need to be close to bus transportation. That would be one of my main concerns. What's inland some? What areas or towns are those?

That's how I am sometimes. Then after those 20 minutes I usually decide to watch something I've watched countless times already.

There's Brea, I have a cousin that just moved there, it's a decent area and hte prices are pretty good. It's near Knott's Berry Farm and not too far from Disney (for reference).

I'm not sure I'd recommend inland if you're going to be taking a bus to downtown, that would probably take forever. You could try Hawthorne, that's not too far inland and is close to the train which will take you downtown.

Yup. That's how I feel half the time. I don't have the attention span to sit through a new movie sometimes. Fortunately, I decided on a new movie pretty rapidly.

Okay, thanks for the places. it would just only be me if that made a lick of difference.

Brea as in the La Brea Tar pits? Or that something totally different?

I just need to be near somewhere that has any kind of transportation. Whether it be Bus and or Train.

It's the city of Brea, no where near the La Brea Tarpits. There are bus stops everywhere and with enough connections you can get anywhere, it just depends on how long you're ok with being in a bus.

Check out Hawthorne, it's in the southbay. There are some areas that are shady but there are also some decent areas at good prices.

Okay, I've been riding buses for about 8 and a half years. And most of the time it takes me a little bit over a hour to get where I'm usually going. So I'm no stranger to long bus rides. I just gotta get used to their schedules out there.
