Awesome. At least it's fun time in the snow once I get home but it sucks until then.

I'm in the midst of another career change. My Boss has been too vague on when we're going back to work so I've had a dialogue, that my wife setup, with my previous employer. Just waiting for a phone call and then I'll be leaving town probably fairly quickly.

Why? The road I was on had zero visibility. I couldnt drive any further. I basically had to sit there and hope I didnt run out of gas (for warmth) while pulled over waiting for an opportunity to inch along down the road.

A 30 minute commute two hours later I am home. Ready to do it all over again tomorrow morning!

The light at the end of the tunnel is my degree SHOULD get me an exciting new career that pays pretty good money but that's months away, not to mention I may not even get hired until I get the certificate, not sure if you get those right away. Not used to being unemployed after having the same job for almost 9 years, granted I despised that place quite a bit towards the end.

yeah right! i'll trade places with you if i could simply just attend school and enjoy being a student again. why don't you apply at the book store or apply as a tutor/mentor?
