I wonder that too. It takes me sometimes hours to get to sleep. And others can fall asleep in a matter of minutes. or even yet they can just lay down and close their eyes and be asleep in seconds really.

sittin' here chillin'. i just got through changing the brakes on my truck. in a few i'm gonna go grill some chicken for dinner.

just finished spatchcocking a chicken on the smoker along with some smoked baked beans... made some more freezer jam... and am now going outside to finish painting the last board on my new shelf system
