1/5. Awful film.

My partner and I caught the midnight showing of this last night at our local place.

I thought it was excellent. A really solid installment. It didn't cover as much ground as I thought it would, and the break point came a little earlier than I thought it may have done, but it did a good job of forwarding the story and setting up the final film.

decided against it stay up last night little tired i'll just watch 1st 2 movies tonight and see mocking jay part 1 tomorrow meh

Just to clarify; is there something at the end of the credits? And is it worth making a group of about 8 people stay behind for?

Looks like this will be a 50/50 love it or hate it amongst audiences. I hope I end up liking it as much as I did Catching Fire.

Of course people are going to hate it, it has a cliff-hanger ending and it's nothing like the first two films. I have that low expectation going in like I did with Days of Future Past so it won't take much to please me.

Well Catching Fire ended with a cliffhanger as well and I loved it

Not really, that's where the novel ended as well and I wasn't surprised at all it would end there. I guess I could see why people who don't read the books would think that was a cliff-hanger but yeah Catching Fire is one of my favourite films of all-time.

Went to a midnight screening of this last night. Have to say disappointed when compared to the first two movies. Felt like an unnecessary splitting of final book. 6/10 and I'm being generous.
