Not really, that's where the novel ended as well and I wasn't surprised at all it would end there. I guess I could see why people who don't read the books would think that was a cliff-hanger but year Catching Fire is one of my favourite films of all-time.

It was a cliffhanger in the book and it was a cliffhanger in the movie. You knowing where it ends prior to seeing the movie doesn't negate that fact. It altered your personal experience.

Thanks. I never read the book but I'm pretty sure what we saw was clearly a cliffhanger in the last few minutes of Catching Fire.
