It's my cover, some jerk posted in low res to that hack site, you can get the original hi-res version at euphoricfx.org for free, just need to register an account and introduce yourself to dl it.

Nissen- Those Planet of the Apes covers are beautiful. You continue to produce nothing but the best! Ecstatic to be able to replace the horrid existing covers in that box set.

Yup, your designs for those are great, Nissen. I'd actually love to see what you could do for the front if you ditched the '60s/'70s poster art for them. I really hate that era in poster design. The backs are brilliant.

In my view movie artwork has always been amazing all way back from 1920 until 90's then movie artwork did take a crash landing.

I just never liked the "all white background with inset squares of pictures" thing, and it was a huge thing for awhile.

There are already a ton of custom covers out there for 2001, even a few that use my favorite piece of art from one of the original theatrical one sheets (Pan Am shuttle launching from the space station). But virtually all I have seen up to now have the colors scheme for the Earth in the background looking like an alien planet. I stumbled across a high quality image of that posted with much better colors, not to mention very high resolution and detail.

I also used original title treatment for the front and the same but slightly modified for the spine.

This is what became of that...



Full size image uploaded at EuphoricFX.org. BTW, if you are familiar with most of the previous Blu-ray releases, you may note the spec listing of Dolby TrueHD instead of PCM. My listed specs are from a European release that I have.

I was wondering if someone might be able to help me out or point me in the right direction. I plan on trying to create my own cover for Michael Jackson's Moonwalker, using the theatrical poster sized to fit in a standard US BD case, but want it to look as official as possible. What I'm looking for is a Warner Bros BD cover template, the newest version that might be available, without any mention of UV or digital copy. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Good start - Granted, I am no designer, but personally I think the front and side titles should match, and if you could somehow resize the poster art to fill the entire front part of the cover ... which is of course easier said than done. Love posters of this kind, hate that they always never fit with with a Blu-ray front cover.

Seconding. Especially if they used the original Japanese posters, listed Japanese audio first too, and fit double Vortex cases. OR an inclusive 5-Disc case, Viva, for the Millenium series.


I do love the Marvel Cinematic Universe covers but would greatly wish the DVD & Digital Copy information were completely left off including any and all comment blurbs.
