Definitely a missed opportunity if they choose not to release it for the 60th. The only film released individually between the two Columbia sets (AFAIK) is Dr. Strangelove.

Bit the bullet and order the Indian LoA 4k edit for £30/INR2999. My cousin will take the delivery and bring it over in the new year. I do understand the bonus features will be missing but I can counter that with an itunes purchase with itunes extras.

Something makes me feel it will be a £60 release with special packaging similar to 2012.

Next year is the 60th Anniversary, so I honestly think that they will release a Limited/special/collector's edition box set to commemorate it. I think that Lawrence Of Arabia is too big of a film for them not to do a Special Edition release.

Well the Indian version is a barebones 2 disc 4K edition. That will be good enough for me

Movie like The Croods didnt get a 4K release in the UK even after the sequel being released

Well, Dr. Strangelove was the first. I think they're saving both Lawrence and A League of Their Own for 2022 since both will be have anniversaries. Maybe, Mr. Smith and Jerry Maguire will follow soon since both won't have anniversaries in a while.

EDIT: Here in the US, Strangelove is the only one with a singular release.
