Yeah the new Leprechaun is terrible. Also have trouble understanding him. His little one liners were worse than usual.

Saw a couple copies with slips at Best Buy. Slips weren't in great shape though.
Thought the slip on this was long gone.

Leprechaun Returns was way better then I was expecting but where the hell is the Blu-Ray release? Lionsgate abandoning disc releases now?

I think Lionsgate really only focuses on their major releases now. Haven't even heard much out of the Vestron line lately. Could also be that Origins was a sales flop (I don't know if it was, just guessing).

I still have faith it will come out sometime after it plays on the Syfy channel as part of its marathon. Not surprised its not announced yet.

This has been my thought as well. Syfy is set to premier the movie around St. Patricks Day which is on Sunday March 17th. A blu Ray release of the film could easily occur on the days leading up to that date, or in the weeks that follow. It's a bit annoying having to wait that long to find out, but I'm not totally giving up hope that it won't see a release eventually this year.

Is the current price on Amz of the whole BD set $16.69 the lowest this goes for? It being St Patty’s Day soon, is the price gonna shoot up after?

It dipped to $12 in 2016, but since April 2018 it's floated between $13 and $17. This is a very good set that's a steal at $16.69. My only real complaint was that the films shared discs instead of each getting their own, but that is nit picking.

They were, until Best Buy found a ton in a warehouse I would guess. I saw 3 copies here, all with slips after not seeing a slip for well over a year. The ones here were/are in good shape too.

I just spent a couple hours earlier today checking 2 different Best Buys. Wish I would have remembered to look for this set w/slipcovers.

Nope and they told me they never will. If you want the right framing you have to grab the German disc like I did. Be warned though it is region B locked.

Most people didnt even notice it until someone quite later on brought it up...personally I dont think its worth not buying the set for but whatever.

Yes and it's good but again....Region B so make sure you aren't region locked. Enjoy!
