I feel like Finn being a jedi is kind of a smoke screen, and Rey will end up the real jedi hero of the trilogy. Maybe Finn just find the saber and tries to defend himself with it but isn't really a Jedi. Something like that.

I'm going to go with that theory. Remember when Han Solo used Luke's lightsaber in ESB? just because a character uses a lightsaber doesn't make them a Jedi.

Kylo Ren.. he is after the blue lightsaber which was once Anakins. But he seems to fail, as Finn gets it instead. (From the trailers).

So from what I remember.. in ROTJ, Vader lost his hand and Saber the same way Luke did in TESB with Vaders old blue saber.

So, my question is.. why isn't Kylo searching instead for the Red Saber that Vader lost in ROTJ? They are both Vader's Sabers.

Now for the really interesting bit; Even though both Sabers are both Vader's, why does Kylo want the version that was from when Vader was a Jedi? Why would he not search instead for the Red dark side version instead? Since he is a bad guy?

This leads me to speculate that he is not really a bad guy, but a misunderstood child of someone important.

And this leads me to believe.. that that Red Saber is still out there somewhere to be found.. perhaps to be explained in episode VIII or IX?

In the book Aftermath, they explain what happened to the red saber (at least immediately following RotJ).

That said, I wouldn't be surprised if Kylo Ren already has it, or if in his attempts to repair it it turned into the one he has in the trailers.

It would be amazing if the saber Kylo has is actually Vader's red saber. May I ask what exactly is the explanation in Aftermath about the saber? I haven't read it and never will so I may as well know from you.

Even though George Lucas specifically stated that it is the Outrider, Dash Rendar's ship. His words. If Dash Rendar's ship exists in canon then it would make zero sense for him not to be somewhere as well. Disney have yet to say that is not the case so my point stands.

First paragraph alone invalidates your post.

"An officially-sanctioned interior model of Dash Rendar's starship, the Outrider, was on display at Star Wars Celebration 2015. The display confirms that the Outrider, which first appeared in Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire, is officially part of the new canonical Star Wars lore."

While the fates of the characters themselves may be up in the air, the name of the ship and who owned it is certainly not in dispute.

If anything it will show up in Rebels at some point down the track.

Does anyone think that Kylo Ren's lightsaber is not even a real one? In the last trailer, it was fizzing as if it was a weapon cobbled together to be like a lightsaber.

What would be a real lightsaber at this point? Can't be too many original ones left over. Now they all have to be made up, I'd guess.

It looks hand made. It even has exposed wiring. Combine an unstable design with a synthetic sith crystal and well, the results speak for themselves. An angry, volatile piece of technology.

It's been shown to do that since the first teaser.

I'd assume it's because it wasn't assembled in the usual refined Jedi/Sith manner: probably cobbled together from found broken junk leftover after the Purge.

No mention was made of Dash Rendar, likely indicating that while the Outrider's existence is confirmed as canonical, the story and characters depicted in Shadows are not.

Basically, with "spoilers":

New Episode 7 "Finn" (Lando Calrissian's Son) 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle in Collectible Storage Tin" and now sites are reporting it like it's some big news. It's not even sold by Amazon, it's a seller... it's about as a valid as an eBay listing title. Nothing on the tin indicates "Lando Calrissian's son," so outside of click bait, there's nothing here worth reporting.

Basically, some random seller on Amazon put up a puzzle for sale, and this random puzzle salesman on Amazon magically knows who a certain character is a child of, so sites are reporting it like it's news.
