For this film, I definitely did stay, in case Nolan had a little surprise after the credits. He didn't, but I enjoyed listening to the music.

It's October and still there is no info on a BD for Inception. The only story I have seen is a release in Europe.

This is probably my favorite movie of this year but the year is not over yet.

Nolan's talen is really something.

I don't know how he turned the script into a movie and made it in a way that makes sense to the audience.

I do have some questions though, why didn't Fischer recognize Cobb at the end when he saw him at the plane or the airport? Was it because Fischer thought it was only a dream or what?

And the information the team wanted to implant on Fischer was to "be his own man", right? Not be the same man as his father which is to not continue his father's legacy? Which means no more competition for Saito, is that right? I'm so confused lol...

Fischer saw and met Cobb on the plane, so he already knew him before the dream; therefore, would not be surprised when he saw Cobb.

You are pretty close with your last bit. I don't know a way to better articulate it, but you are close. Maybe someone else will explain it in more detail.

Ok. That makes sense I guess. I guess he created Cobb as his subconcious projection because he saw him on the plane.

Just being polite. I think he DID know what Inception was, he had had training to protect himself from extractors and projectors, you may have missed that. The guy had a small army in his mind to keep people from doing exactly what Cobb and his team accomplished.

That is why I also added in another post that I didn't expect to "hear" it, and am not entirely sure what I "heard" was that. So I truly look forward to the BD and I'd like to verify it.

You're right, I remember he said something about that in the bar scene. So I guess Fischer thought the people that were coming after them were extractors and that Cobb and his team were really there to protect him.

Ok, new question lol....the ending looked like it was left for the audience's interpretation but to me it looked like the spinning object was about to stop which means it wasn't a dream, that part was real, right?

That's the most heavily debated part of the movie but the fact that there were 2 sets of kids, with the ages' of those kids listed explicitly on IMDb would suggest that the kids DID age over the course of the movie and therefore it is likely that they accomplished their mission and Cobb went home to his kids.

Is it confusing people because the two kids didn't age? Because they look like the ones from the dream?

I was confused because that spinning thing didn't stop spinning lol. To Cobb, if it doesn't stop then it means he's still in a dream.

Remember: People could have their sub consciences trained in case of people trying to break in. His was trained.
