Hey,
I was wondering whether I should pick up the Roger Moore sets for The Spy Who Loved Me, Live and Let Die and a View to a Kill Are they worth an upgrade (I've only seen the UE DVDs of these movies)
Hopefully they will save shelf space but then again, the UE DVDs were slimpacks.

The blackbox set was $99.99 instead of $114.99? Guess I need to keep watch over the next few days for it to go back down.

I think so. I remember buying Lord of the Rings Extended Collectors edition for like $66 and the price dropped to like $58 or so the next day and I sent in a support ticket and they refunded me the price difference.

I'm so pissed that I have to pick up the box set from Fox for around $200 just to get Everything or Nothing.

FoxConnect had the "black box" set for $125 the weekend Spectre was released, and it could very well be that price again when Spectre is released on Blu-ray early next year, if you don't mind waiting a bit.

However, if you wanted it now, Amazon and FoxConnect have the set for $150.

considering the name of the documentary, it's kinda appropriate.

Do the actor sets (like, the Roger Moore Collection Vol. 1 and 2, for example) come with special features for each movie? The old special features I mean?

The main issue is, I already have the 50 year box set from 3 years ago. I don't wanna just buy it for the disc only.

I was wondering the same thing. They look like they could be just the previously released single BDs but I dont know?

What do you mean? These are all the same discs, the movies have only ever had one blu-ray release each that keeps getting repackaged over and over again. They're all the same, and they have a plethora of special features.

I thought I'd heard that some of those newly repackaged ones were barebones discs?

I think most of the stuff from the special editions and ultimate editions DVDs were on the original Blu-rays.

The only movie that's missing a significant amount of extras is Die Another Day, which for some reason didn't carry over all the featurettes & trailers from the Special Edition DVD.

LOL

You could get 50 bucks for the digital code alone, sell the remainder of either set for 60-70, and u come out on top.

I hadn't heard that anywhere. That would be pretty weird.
