BDs That Are Out of Print (OOP)

I collect science fiction and kind of regret passing on Wing Commander, but there's no way I'd pay $50 for it.

I have a HPB about half and hour away, they check prices on everything. I did find a used copy of Wild At Heart Twilight Time for $27.99 last year respectfully priced, I bought it. $50 for Wing Commander though, I bet they paid the guy they bought it from like maybe $5.

Some of the prices on Amazon for those OOP Starz/Anchor Bay/Fox BD's is crazy now. I wanted the Pick-Up Artist, lowest price is $134 used.

Same here. I would've gotten it but not for OOP prices, it's just not worth it. I'll just grab the DVD cheap sometime.

It's a terrible DVD. I threw it in the trash when the BD was released. It's VHS quality and non-anamorphic.

Honestly, I'm starting to think a lot of that amazon stuff is used for some type of money laundering schemes. Charge a ridiculous price that you know only a particular person is going to pay and use that as an online payment for prescription drugs in the mail or some other nefarious business. I can't imagine that person is really trying to sell it for that price legitimately.

Yeah I'd probably buy Monkeybone and Super Ex-Girlfriend if I could still find them, but neither one $50 yeah heh. Maybe $20 for Monkeybone and $10 for Super Ex.

Wing Commander I wouldn't buy for any price really, but that's just me.

Maybe in a year or so Fox will reissue them.

You can get the JP release of Super Ex for about $8.5, shipping might kill that a bit however.
