Yeah, TT's page still says "PLEASE NOTE: This title is going out of print on September 12th and will no longer be available for sale after that date.", but they're obviously still selling it. I just checked, and they stopped selling it on 9/12 as announced, but started selling it again on 10/18.

Yeah, there's certainly a semantic argument to be made that all TT titles (and some from Arrow, Shout, etc.) are OOP as soon as they come out. I would bet a ton of studio releases are technically OOP too, but have hundreds of copies sitting in warehouses. At the end of the day I think the thread following the "is it available?" question is the right way to go.

I think the way HD handles the thread is the way to go...Code Red and Scorpion also make just about every release limited. As long as it is available for sale from either the label or a retailer, it should NOT be considered OOP here. Otherwise, the thread becomes useless

Code Red is the trickiest as stuff will seem to OOP, then either get re-pressed or a boxfull found and sent to Diabolic or TT. Basically they just go in and out of print almost daily.

There's nothing OPP from Code Red but for Police Connection since he lost the rights to that one.

Savage Streets is definitely still available as a repress (different spine number, "00", if I remember correctly).

This was an interesting pick up for me. I haven't seen it in at least 10 years and it's one I kinda forgot about until I saw the post about it being OOP. As I said, I sent my wife to a local B&N store to pick me up a copy as their online inventory said they had it in stock. No dice. She said her and an employee scoured the store for it and still couldn't find it. Later that night I placed an online reserve inspired by some of the stories I've read about Best Buy (meaning they miraculously find it through the that particular route). Woke up to an e-mail and text saying they couldn't find it. Out of curiosity, I decided to search my hometown's zip code (on the complete opposite side of the state) to see if I could spot one that a friend or family member could possibly pick up and ship to me. One store showed IN STOCK so I reached out to everyone on my Facebook. Sure enough, an old friend and co-worker who I haven't talked to in awhile, messaged me saying she literally lived only a few minutes from the store. The next day she went in and found a copy for me and she should be shipping it out tomorrow.

Sorry for the rant, I just thought it was really awesome how this turned out and wanted to share. Carry on.

He did a repress of some titles that had gone OOP: Savage Streets, Just After Dawn, Voices from Beyond, Mary, Bloody Mary, The Redeemer: son of Satan and Neon Maniacs. The repress is just like the first pressing....same disc, and the same packaging (more of the same).

Savage Streets repress has an insignificant difference from the original pressing. Spine number for first pressing #4 and #000 for the repress. All of the other titles that got a repress kept the same spine number .

*Bill claims that "he will NEVER repress gain", thinks it hurt his limited edition business model.

*Necromancy has been placed in hiatus by Bill himself and has not been available for purchase for months. Bill pressed 1,000 units and some people complained that his version was cut. Bill threw a hissy fit and pulled the 300 unsold copies off the market. He still has them and I am sure he will sell them at some point...he pulled this stunt before with Vampire's Night Orgy only to start selling the title again after a few months.
