Amazon often let things go out of stock for a multitude of reasons. We can't assume everything out of stock on Amazon is OOP.

There is only like one copy on ebay, and it's not on Wal-Mart.com, Best Buy (OOS) or Target.

It's only available via import at Deep discount also.

Wouldn't be surprised -- since Loving is doing so well -- if someone like Criterion end up doing both at some point.

Shotgun Stories needs a BD release too, speaking of which.

Take Shelter is one of my favorites of the last 20 years. There's no way this ends up not getting re-released, IMO, somewhere.

I had been wanting Take Shelter forever but the price never really dropped. Said screw it and got it off eBay because something just told me to go ahead and do it. If it is indeed OOP I dodged a bullet just in the nick of time.

Thanks for the heads-up again on Take Shelter! Been waiting for a price drop forever and there can be no more waiting. For anyone interested, was able to buy this on eBay from a "Make an offer" seller for $10 after shipping.

The TDK version of Adam: Giselle - Ballet de l'Ópera National de Paris is out of print. However, this title has been re-released by Arthaus Musik with different artwork (which blu-ray.com has listed as region B, but it is region free).

part of a 4 for $10 deal

Also, would Tomcats also be considered OOP? It says temporarily out of stock on Amazon, but has been that way for quite awhile and I can't find it elsewhere.

Tomcats just looks to be out of stock. The Machinist looks OOP. Can someone confirm?

I believe Rio 2 Deluxe Edition 3D, Blu-ray, DVD combo pack has gone OOP. Only available by 3rd party sellers on Amazon, backordered on DD, and still available via mail by Best Buy...
