I went in to B&N to get the Rush Hour set and noticed The Outsiders was half off and possibly going out of print. So I had it in hand and paced around the store for a bit looking at other stuff. But ultimately I put it back on the display case since I'm not a big fan of the revised version of the movie and prefer the original theatrical cut that I already have via Vudu hdx. It's a shame they didn't just include both cuts on the blu.

I feel like The Outsiders isn't a movie that will remain out of print, so I'm not gonna jump on it. Might get licensed to a label, might get a new edition.

If they go back and include the theatrical cut I'll be all over it, Until then my old dvd with the original cut will suffice, Same with the Warriors for that matter

I really enjoy the extended cut but I would also like the theatrical cut as well and am in agreement that it's a disappointment that it wasn't included on this release.

Isn't that set the same as Gamera Ultimate Collections 1 and 2 and the Trilogy? If so, those three collections all look to still be in print for all of the Gamera fans out there.

Are we sure it's OOP? I saw it at Best Buy today for $12.99 - right by the register, in case anyone wants to look for it. How much was it at B&N?

Hard Times (Charles Bronson) Region A is OOP. Shoulda grabbed it before I had to shell out 50 something bucks for it on eBay. And that was the lowest price.

I didn't see it on the list, but I think Screwballs may be out of print. It says sold out on Best Buy and Amazon only has it available through third party sellers.

The recent UK release is better and region-free.
