If i recall the updated opening logo intro and how the films actual audio starts was flubbed. Most people wouldn’t notice but it was still foolish of WB on their end. They need to leave the original openings and logos alone.

Always hopping that Criterion will also get All the Presidents Men since that transfer is dated and original logo missing and even Gordon Willis in an interview after the blu release even stated WB got the color wrong on the timing.

As some of you may recall, we sold out of this limited-edition pretty quickly back in 2016. Since then, we've received many more requests to put this back into circulation. "Escape from L.A." seems to be getting pretty scarce. This title is already listed as OOP for the 2010 edition, but the 2017 edition is getting hard to find as well.

I used to work at the same company. Different location. Even as a customer, I've found a many OOP disc for decent prices. They're pretty much clueless when it comes to market value.

Nothing wrong with taking advantage of store stupidity. Plus, by law, at least in most places, they have to sell it to you at the advertised or stickered price. So it was a done deal anyway and they would of had to legally sell it to you at that price. Only thing you could do if you felt guilty is not buy it to begin with.

I can't tell if this is a mistake or if The Ring (2002) is back in print. I put in an order and it claims to be sold by "Amazon Digital Services, Inc." so I have no idea.

I’ll bet that Shout releases this year in a collectors edition.

Their stock is not updated. It's safer to send them an email checking for stock status before ordering anything. Anyway, it's what I do since I had a similar experience to yours.
