I would agree that there's probably no reason for a Fox Feeding Frenzy. But there's nothing wrong with having the information available with which to prioritize purchases, if that's what one wants to do. |

Seems like its been in and out of stock ever since Joker came out and people found out it was an influence on that movie.
Hamilton Book still has copies if anybody is looking for it: https://www.hamiltonbook.com/the-king-of-comedy-blu-ray |

Came across these 3 discs today at Game Xchange in Mckinney, TX!
Apocalypto- $5.99 Bruce Lee Double: The Big Boss/ Fist of Fury- $7.99 Bruce Lee Double: The Way of the Dragon/ Game of Death- $7.99 Figured I’d take the cheaper route for the Bruce Lee films rather than invest in Criterion Collection‘s upcoming set. ![]() |

Picked up a ton of still reasonably priced Fox discs from the Bay, BN, Amazon, and BBY.
Figured better now than never. Some of these Fox titles are definitely not coming back into print under the Disney banner. For example, we all know Disney will never release The Ringer, lol. |

not a disc list but in some ways easier to go through these for titles you want and then you can go check if they came out on blu-ray:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Fox_Film_films https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...5%E2%80%931999) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...0%E2%80%932020) granted sometimes distribution may be different than production though |

Rapture, for example, has only been released on Blu-ray twice: once by Twilight Time, once by Eureka. Both are OOP, and the film is unlikely to get another physical media release. Someone who happens to come across one available somewhere will know to snag it. For another example, seeing that both TT releases of Journey to the Center of the Earth are OOP, someone might make a choice to go for the UK, German, or Australian releases. This is a film that I would expect to be added to Disney+ at some point, but whether it ever gets another physical release is unknown. You make a good point when you say that we don't know that Disney will decide not to extend or renew licenses for the Fox films to other labels. But we also don't know that they will. If people don't want to take that chance, having the information about what's out there now, and what might therefore (eventually) go out of print, is a good thing. That said, this is probably not the thread to be posting such lists (he says, after having done so). Perhaps a dedicated thread for what non-Fox labels have released Fox titles on Blu-ray is warranted. |

Keep in mind people all these "recent oop" discs, might not be OOP, just hard to repress in these current times. Unless otherwise known officially. I wouldn't freak out about anything that seems OOP now, unless like I said, there's official word. After all, toilet paper seemed OOP for a while but now it's back.

Shout titles blow up pretty quickly once they do disappear from the major sites. I'm having a hard time even predicting when they'll officially run dry but at the same time don't feel like buying a whole bunch of them right now. Some make sense than others to me, like Candyman 2. I was surprised a movie like Miami Blues was quick to go and it's a tough one to find for a decent price now.

DT is a great heads up because once it shows up there it usually means it'll either go OOP not long after, the company is liquidating (Relativity being the prime example -- Universal also seems to dump releases too once they expire the digital code) or a new release on the horizon (i.e. Pillow Talk blu showing up at DT and Big Lots and a new edition of it came out recently I believe)
