His 75X900F is a great set.

Note some blu ray players won't do Dolby Vision into Sony TV.
And Bob's TV has DV.

Is the Sony 10% reward only applicable to the FIRST usage of the card? If so. I think it's best to use it on a more expensive purchase. To capture the larger reward for ones use.

ie., a Z9F purchase can capture $400 to $600 in rewards

He will never even think about DV or know what it is

He would never use the 4K capability of a player. So, I'm keeping it with a Sony or Samsung 1080p player for about $60.

The above has no WiFi. He would never use the apps in the player. So, I figure get a player without WiFi, I can update it and that would be it. New and cheap.

OK back to Z9D. That's what I am interested in.

Color depth wise, Quality of Colors

Z9F may look something akin to middle ground between these two Sonys...

I believe that BECAUSE one of them have the X1 Ultimate chip.
Which one do you suppose has its colors most representing Directors Intent

Pan movie image time stamp 18:51 minutes.

On my G6 OLED with Color picture mode set to 100...
My screen looks similar to that time stamp image above. Streaming Pan in Dolby Vision from VUDU.
My usual setting is color 58 Dolby Vision Movie Bright(user)

Thus it appears to me Z9F with X1 Ultimate Chip is Color Quality Intense, Rich, Grand.

The Z9F is an Awesome Beast!!!
