Paranoiac and Night Creatures are with Universal.

The only ones that TT could get at this time are the ones from Icons of Horror and the Creeping Flesh because they are with Sony. Others are with Universal or Studio Canal

I finally found the post that I was looking for
Nick Redman Just to be clear, we never hinted at "Cushing/Lee" titles specifically, merely more Hammer.

Nothing that is a must have for me as I already own The Train and Runaway Train.

I will probably buy 2 or 3 when they come on sale at either TT or SA.

Bananas has not been confirmed. Take the Money and Run, even though MGM released the DVD is a Disney owned title and is not available to TT.

I'm hoping for "Everything you always wanted to know about sex* (*But were afraid to ask)". Not only do you get the comedic mind of Woody Allen, but it has such an all-star cast of cameos ... including: Woody Allen, Gene Wilder, Louise Lasser, Burt Reynolds, John Carradine, Lou Jacobi, Lynn Redgrave, Tony Randall, Regis Philbin, Robert Walden and others you might recognize.

Yeah, that one's my hope too. I have wanted to see it for a while and have been holding out for a blu-ray release since TT was on such a streak.

To the best of my knowledge, the Sony Hammer titles are:

Revenge of Frankenstein
Creatures the World Forgot
Die Die My Darling
Curse of the Mummy's Tomb
Scream of Fear
The Gorgon
Two Faces of Dr Jekyll
The Pirates of Blood River
The Devil-Ship Pirates
The Stranglers of Bombay
The Terror of the Tongs
Stop Me Before I Kill
Cash on Demand
The Snorkel
Maniac
Never Take Candy from a Stranger
These Are the Damned
Sword of Sherwood Forest

So it's actually quite a long list. It's the three Icons sets, two Sony "on-demand" discs, one Robin Hood film, and Revenge of Frankenstein which is still in-print as a single. It seems like they would have moved on some of these already if they were ever going to, though. Revenge of Frankenstein, Scream of Fear, and The Gorgon in particular are pretty landmark horror titles compared to some of the stuff TT has released (ex Scream and Scream Again). These are the Damned is also a minor classic with a sizable cult following.

ADDITIONALLY, I believe Sony has the rights to these two, which don't have US releases:

Camp on Blood Island
Yesterday's Enemy

There's a sequel to Camp on Blood Island which has never seen a digital release, but I dunno who has the rights to that one.

The sequel I think is called THE SECRET OF BLOOD ISLAND. It was theatrically released by Universal-International, so I think it would reside with Universal.

I saw the film theatrically in a grindhouse theater circa 1968. Although the movie had been filmed in color, the grindhouse theater chose to show a B&W print. I suppose they saved a few bucks on the rental by exhibiting it in B&W.

On a post over a week ago does say "Hammer Films" not Hammer Horror
The question, though, do they only have access to the Hammer films that were released in the US through one of the MGM-owned studios (UA, AIP, etc.) [on edit: or Sony and Fox]. I'd love to see some of the Hammer SF titles like the second and third Quatermass films (Kino already released the first) and Four Sided Triangle. On the horror side, I'd most like to see BDs for the couple of Dennis Wheatley adaptations, The Devil Rides Out and To the Devil a Daughter (as well as the SF one, The Lost Continent). The Devil Rides Out and The Lost Continent were released in the US by Fox, but I'm guessing they don't have the home video rights, given that Anchor Bay released the DVDs (unless they licensed them from Fox).

That doesn't sound too promising for The Gorgon. I'd still like to get Curse of the Mummy's Tomb.

Studiocanal has most (maybe all? Not sure about Quatermass 2 or Four Sided Triangle) of the ones that Anchor Bay put out on DVD (including almost everything you mentioned in this post) so we're SOL as far as they're concerned. Paramount had a couple like Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell; I'm not sure if Warner still has the rights on them, if so we'll just have to wait to see what's in Vol 2 of their Hammer set (they have some of their own as well). All the MGM ones are out already, so that well is dry. The ones everyone was just talking about were Sony, since TT has had plenty of precedence with releasing those already. My thread on Hammer releases gives some idea of what's a possibility and what isn't.

Back when they started to release the WA titles, word had it that they had the rights to all of the MGM-owned (i.e. United Artists and Orion) titles that MGM didn't release themselves on Blu-ray (Annie Hall, Manhattan, Sleeper, and Hannah and Her Sisters). This, theoretically, would include -- other than the aforementioned MGM BD releases -- all of his films from Bananas (1971) through Shadows and Fog (1991). It was said later, though, that they did not have the rights to Interiors.

So, again theoretically, subtracting the ones they've released or announced for release already, we can look forward to:

Bananas
Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex* *But Were Afraid to Ask
Stardust Memories
September
Another Woman
Alice

I'm in for 9-5 and Remo Williams. I assume these are limited to 3000 copies

been wanting The Chase forever so that's awesome news.
there are definitely some good titles on there, but not quite the home run announcement I was hoping for.
I really wish TT would get King Rat or Barefoot in The Park.
and what about Silkwood or some Budd Boetticher films?

I'll pick up 9 to 5 and perhaps a few others. I still think 9 to 5 is an amusing film that's good for some laughs. Lilly, Jane and Dolly are quite entertaining.

Most people who have seen it would say that Rapture is a must-have.

I would also thoroughly recommend The Buddy Holly Story. It's well documented that it plays a bit fast and loose with the facts, but no more so than any other Hollywood biopic but Gary Busey is amazing as Buddy and the music sounds great. La Bamba's a good companion piece to that, though I wouldn't say it's a must-have.

Breaking Away and Fat City are excellent though not necessarily must-haves.

American Buffalo is good, not great.

The rest of the titles I either haven't seen or I'm "Meh" about.

You have over 8000 BD and DVD. What's another 19 titles in your collection? Get them all lol !!
Watching one disc per day, it would take nearly 22 years to watch all of your BD/DVD's. Wow.
