I'll admit, I'm getting a little antsy about my second order, but only because I'm one of those "I want it now!" kind of guys, even if I don't watch the movie for a year after I buy it!

11 days so far without any movement is a bit of a wait, but like I said before, I had an order one time for I think 5 movies, take 8 days to ship (no sale, no pre-releases in the order) so an order for 18 movies during a massive sale isn't stressing me out too much, just want them so I can start watching them is all! (And the shipping to Canada takes a couple of weeks unfortunately, so even after it does ship, it's still a bit of a wait).

It's all good. I know they've gotten slammed. Best sale prices ever for a lot of these films, you guys had the Thanksgiving Holiday last week which hopefully no one was working during... the delays for a small business like this are fairly understandable at this point. If something hasn't happened in a couple weeks, that'd be a different story.

I second Merrik's opinion. I'm not bent out of shape whatsoever about the wait, even though my card expired during a big order that wasn't processed in time. I'm more excited about the orders that have arrived than worried about the ones that haven't.

I'm in Canada too. The last I checked my tracking number on Friday it had arrived in Montreal for processing. That usually takes a few days, which means it would be another week long wait before it reaches me in Sask. But for the hell of it I checked just now and it's already out for delivery, which means it'll be waiting for me when I get home! I had a Kino Lorber order arrive ridiculously fast last week as well. Canada Post must have all the extra seasonal staff working now making things move much faster.

I placed 2 orders on the 17th. One shipped and delivered and the other I placed on the 17th still hasnt shipped, but, I wouldnt worry about it, im sure they are backed up.

On other note, can someone tell me why At Close Range showed up with the booklet separate? Not a big deal, just seems weird.

Can't remember the details, but something was wrong with the original booklet, I believe (messed up or left out, I can't quite recall). Replacements were sent later originally.

The text was printed on a dark background or something like that on the first printing so you couldn't really read it easily (or at all).

In the US, November 24th is a national holiday and the 25th is a de facto one, so you still have a little while before it's been two full weeks.

I think you're right about Canada Post. My order shipped on the 18th, arrived in Montreal on Friday and was delivered to me in Vancouver before noon today!

Awesome news! I placed an order on Nov. 19 (13 titles) and the Canada Post tracking update today says I should get it here in Calgary tomorrow! My second order (5 titles), from Nov. 20, just shipped today, so I ought to get it in 2 weeks. The sale is a no-brainer for Canadians, especially with the current exchange rate!

Uhm, that's always been there since my first TT order back in 2012. I always select no. I suppose I could be SOL if my package went missing but they never have.

Absolutely. I want to order a couple of the new releases from last month and in comparison to the sale prices... ouch lol.

And echoing everyone who's praising Canada Post. My tracking shows that my first order arrived in the country late last week, it was waiting for me today when I got home. Two days basically to ship it across Canada, without the option of paying for a prime membership or anything!

It has been there for a while but it used to be $10 more but it has recently changed to $25-$45 more.

I'm mostly getting it for Hackman, but I do like political thrillers and 70's movies a lot. Saw Salvador forever ago and didn't like it much, but I was a kid. Might get that in some future sale, assuming it doesn't sell out. I forgot I also want Boxcar Bertha, but that just came out.

Thanks for posting that, I haven't seen it anywhere else, so good to know. Just placed my order for that and I Want To Live!, two of three releases I really wanted from their November releases. Don't want to possibly miss out on the movie selling through before having a chance to order it.

Couldn't afford The Boston Strangler at the moment, which was the third film I wanted to buy. I was waiting a bit to order all three at the same time (as being in Canada with shipping costs, each one of Twilight Time's films end up being about $50 when all is said and done ) but will order The Boston Strangler next month when I can afford it along with The Barefoot Contessa.

Thanks again!
