Yes, actually.
I emailed Twilight Time and asked them to make up a shipping label so I could send the dupes back.

I haven't had that happen, but twice(!) TT didn't submit a charge on my card (beyond the initial pre-auth). Both times I had to tell them.

Sure would be nice if they included a coupon code in with the return label as a thank you for our honesty...

I got a duplicate order yesterday also, I've messaged TT to get possibly a shipping label.

My order was approx 160.00! Only charged once so it seems that they were working so hard ok getting sales orders out they ship some twice. I also don't want TT to lose sales or money from all the duplicate copies that were shipped. I need them to release more titles!

I wonder if TT would ever release A Little Romance? It's a prime TT candidate, if only because of its Academy Award winning score and the fact that extras would probably never happen anyway save for the trailer below...

Such an underrated little gem.

My order was duplicated too, so it sounds like a batch of orders went out twice. I'm expecting a shipping label from them to return the extras.

Sounds like Technicolor really screwed up with these duplicate orders. Hopefully, everyone gets the titles that they ordered especially for those titles with a low quantity alert.
