SAE appears to be sold out of Night of the generals & emperor of the north
Also 1 x copy of Mississippi mermaid remains at SAE.

Twilight time appears to be out of Cat Ballou & also seems to have only 6 copies of Hardcore remaining and really low on Night of the generals , emperor of the north & the train .

You can still get Cat ballou and Hardcore at SAE copies remaining are unknown but would imagine they have to be getting low .

I think all these titles will sell out on both sites fast . Just guessing though .

I was hoping to see twilight samurai & stormy weather on this sale . Oh well maybe next time .

I just placed an SAE order for The Hospital and Inferno 2D/3D which are currently listed as the top two selling titles on SAE. Seemed wise not to wait much longer.

If I had to recommend one title from the sale list, it would be Cat Ballou.

would have liked to order more but too much $tuff going on right now---

ordered THE HOSPITAL with the great George C. Scott and the wonderful Diana Rigg because I've always wanted to see it and I fear it may sell out before the next sale...

One more thing to add about EMPEROR OF THE NORTH. It has what I think is the greatest ending in the history of cinema!

I also noticed that the hound of the baskerville is not at twilight time but is at SAE

I saw Night of the Generals & Emperor of the north are both sold out at SAE but are very low at Twilight time

Mississippi mermaid has only 1 copy remaining at SAE then sold out

Lastly the train is under 100 but likely a lot less at

This is why I grabbed Inferno, figuring it would be gone pretty soon. Was hoping Edge Of Eternity would've been included in this sale, but alas...maybe next sale.

Placed an order on "Emperor of the North", I also ordered "The Seven-Ups". From what I've gathered it's not as great as "The French Connection" but I am a sucker for nit and gritty 70s cop dramas.

I paid full price for quite a few. All the Harryhausen titles, Journey to the Centre of the earth (twice) and a few more but they seem to have run out of those really exciting titles. The more standard fare isn't interesting enough to pay the full price (I'm in the UK so have the postage too) but thankfully KL are releasing some MGM titles and in the UK we have a couple of labels also.
When TT launched they seemed to think it really was the Twilight Time for physical media but thankfully a few other labels have joined the party since then and classic movies on Bluray seem to be appearing all over the place which can only be a good thing.

I'd likely pay top price if they reissued the Flint movies though

As I said above I've paid top price for quite a few too but it seems so long since they released anything that got the Bluray community really buzzing, like the Harryhausen titles or anything that might sell out before release.

I got the UK disc of Seven Ups for £8.
It has these bonus features:

Introduction by Director-Producer Philip D’Antoni
Audio Commentary with Film Historian Richard Harland Smith
The Seven-Ups Connection
A Tony Lo Bianco Type
Real to Reel
Cut to the Chase
Anatomy of a Chase: Behind the Scenes of the Filming of The Seven-Ups
Randy Jurgensen’s Scrapbook
Super 8 Version
Lobby Cards, Stills and Media Gallery
Original Theatrical Trailers

Don't know how that compares to the TT version

It has all of those features plus two isolated scores (One of which went unused) not to mention a brand new 4k master.

It's a good film, with an excellent cast and plenty of "gritty" 70's action, so you should enjoy it.

It's directed by Philip D'Antoni, who produced both The French Connection, and Bullitt. As in both of the aforementioned, it has a superb car chase coordinated by stunt driver extraordinaire Bill Hickman - who again also appears in a supporting acting role.

The Seven-Ups is not as good as The French Connection but I think it’s far better than French Connection II. It’s a good pseudo-sequel.

The TT disc has all those features plus the PQ is far superior. The European releases are washed-out and full of scanner noise.

All in for GLORIA and THE HOT ROCK

The helicopter shots as it flys near the world trade center twin towers during construction ... no words.

You did the right thing. I bought this TT title a few months back even though it was a blind purchase as I hadn't seen this film before. However being a fan of George C. Scott, I had to have it and didn't regret it for a minute. A great film.
