Look at the Capsaholic comparison. It is squished, the color grading is off, and it has a blurriness to it. I'm hoping TT has a better version.

Thanks for the information. I've just placed a nice little order for some TT titles from Screen Archives. This will actually be my first order from SAE, as my previous orders were from Twilight Time themselves.

Question for Twilight Time fans:

Was Extreme Prejudice ever announced as a potential TT acquisition? Having a debate on this in the Shout Select forum. I thought for sure TT had announced they were going to release it at some point; someone else is saying it's strictly Lionsgate and this was just a rumor...

Dunno, but I would certainly welcome it. My soundtrack CD got lost, so I've been taking the old crummy fullscreen DVD out just to listen to EP every month or so, and I really do love this movie, even though it still seems like quite the mess. Getting to see it proper would be nice, as it has been over thirty years since catching it in theater.

StudioCanal owns the Carolco Pictures library with Lionsgate owning US distribution rights. I know that TT deals with Sony/MGM/Fox (and the occasional foreign film that doesn’t fall under any of the distributors) and TriStar did distribute the film originally but Canal probably fully has distribution rights.

While I like many others appreciate the constant updates, this is really all you need going forward. We know the others are considered low on stock/low on quantity/almost sold out until concrete numbers are assigned.

You asked for specifics . I do mention those as well as an example of that just 47 x prime of miss jeane brodie remaining only at SAE .

Aside from Miss Brodie being sold out likely next along with Mississippi mermaid only available at twilight time . It looks like Tony Rome , Roots of heaven , Beloved Infidel & Young Lions most likely will be the next ones to be sold out . I can see Stormy weather being sold out before the sale ends as well .
