I'm definitely in for "Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia", sure I know the Arrow release has a better presentation but 15 bucks is good enough for me. I'll probably also nab "The New Centurions". For people unsure of what to get for titles The Big Heat is an amazing 50s noir by Fritz Lang and The Seven-Ups is a solid French Connection spinoff with great supplements both are definitely worth the 15.

Was my logic as well, which I don't terribly regret because I wasn't a fan.

Less than two months after I just paid $20 each for Dragonwyck and Forever Amber.

I knew they'd hit $15 eventually. Just didn't think it would be eight weeks later.

Definitely get The New Centurions. I watched the disc a couple of weeks ago and damn, what a great film. Just a classic piece of 70s cop cinema with a good dose of action, humor and gritty drama. I don't want to give too much away about what happens throughout but I can't recommend it highly enough. I'm a huge fan of George C. Scott and this is one of his best movies.

I have most of the films that are on sale already, but I've never seen Next Stop Greenwich Village. Can anyone spare any thoughts on that one? I find Mazursky's films to be a bit hit-or-miss.

Yes, it most likely will be. The other 15 titles for $15 have been on TT's site though I did notice that the last sale, they had started a day late.

Any reason to get the TT version of The Big Heat over the Indicator release? I have neither on blu-ray.

They’re fairly identical Indicator might have a slight edge due to an exclusive historian interview, image gallery and it has a slightly higher bitrate (if you care about that sort of thing). Other than that those two exclusives, TT has the same features and the A/V is still great. Plus 15 bucks is going to be your cheapest option as of this sale.

Definitely in for this sale although I'm concerned about the possibility of being dinged by customs. I've been lucky so far with purchasing 4 for $60 but this time there are 5 items I'm interested in for $75:

FAT CITY (1972)
THE SEVEN-UPS (1973)
DRAGONWYCK (1946)
THE NEW CENTURIONS (1972)
NEXT STOP, GREENWICH VILLAGE (1976)

Either I split the order and pay more shipping or take the chance of customs slapping the duties. Decisions...decisions.

UPDATE 08/25 : Decided "To hell with it" and ordered all 5 on one order yesterday 08/24. Looking forward to these...expecially excited to get "The Seven-Ups".

Picked up The Seven-Ups in the $15 sale. I try not to double-dip, but the consensus seems to be that the presentation is quite a bit better than the Signal One Region B - and I really enjoy this film. Plus, I'm interested to hear the unused Johnny Mandel score.
