It seems 100% brand new (the case, cover, booklet and disc), my only complaint is the stupid blue case.

That probably should seal that it's original like the first 120 or so releases. If they were going to reseal it, why not switch it to the newer case.

Snake isn't discussed much, but most people feel the Eureka release of Drunken Master is lightyears superior. https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...257273&page=14

"Experiment in Terror" is a great one. It's a shame that Blake Edwards got type-directed into doing mostly comedies after "The Pink Panther"...I would of loved to of seen more films like Terror and "Days of Wine and Roses".

I don't see it mentioned here yet, but TO SIR, WITH LOVE is now seemingly sold out on both TT and SAE (EDIT: JUST TT).

Hmm that's odd. If you search for it on the site, no results come up.

It's definitely not available on TT though.

EDIT: Oh wait, it's just the way I searched it. If you click on the suggestion for To Sir, with Love, the site changes it to to sir, to sir, with love so it screws the search up. So, it's still available on SAE.

I saw it on the screen in '54. So now you can say you know someone(LOL)!

It's been available on DVD (4x3 Pan & Scan) from Europe (zone 2) for a while.

Very early extra wide (2.55) Cinemascope. And it's great to see that the Blu-ray is going to be in that ratio. Since '54, our family has had 5 different Siamese cats all named Hajji Baba!

I’m visiting with my parents, and I told my mother that I had recently watched and enjoyed Peyton Place.

She told me that she and all of her friends had the novel back in high school in the 1950s, but that they all had to hide it from their parents.

I don't see how this hasn't sold out yet. This was my first TT film which I bought full price and it's been at $9.95 recently so this is a title that should've sold out

Yeah, I forgot about the Indicator release. Though the TT release was out for almost two years before the Indicator though the Indicator version has been cheaper for the most part, but I still would have thought during the recent sale at 9.95 it would sell out.

Nick Redman talking about Scott Wilson. From FB.

Earlier this year I got to spend some quality time with him when he sat for an audio commentary with me on the police thriller, The New Centurions. We had a really nice day, and I was amazed when a little while afterward he called me saying he didn't think he had done a very good job and would I like him to do it again? I assured him he had been terrific and there was no need. But that spoke to the heart of who Scott was - a humble man, a funny man, a wonderful man. I know that I will really miss him. RIP Mr W.
