I did. Already missed out on Geronimo (still available at SAE thankfully), but being a Director completest didn't want to miss out on this one too.

Picked up:

Talk Radio
Cutter’s Way
Murphy’s Law
Who’ll Stop the Rain

Tried to pickup Rollerball, but it soldout before I could checkout. Same for From Noon Til Three.

I think I came away pretty well.

Just looking back through my order history at Screen Archives. My very first Twilight Time purchase was Our Man Flint on January 8, 2013. Paid full price for it, though shipping to Canada was less than half of what it is now for a single item.

My first sale order was on March 19, 2014 - I picked up Pal Joey and Bite The Bullet for $24.95 each which was $10 off the normal price because for some reason in the early days Sony titles were $5 more than the other titles.

I didn't buy much from TT since they hardly released anything I was interested in except very few titles but its sad to see the label go. I wish I had gotten the 2 Flint titles though. Luckily I did grab Rapid Fire last month.

I just picked up 19 titles for me, and four for a friend. Really, I already had all of my "must" titles from TT (in the dozens for sure), but I was glad to grab a bunch of interesting flicks for a good price, while helping them rid themselves of inventory. Everything that I "kinda" wanted was still in stock tonight. While a few that I got are only curios at best for me, the price was right, and I didn't want to miss out. No regrets!! And anything that I don't care for can always go onto eBay later if it comes to that. Lord knows I've dumped a few titles that I regretted getting in the past.

I've been with TT since their first Blu-ray release, and managed to not miss anything that I wanted to get over the years. Of course, that often meant paying $30 per disc (particularly in the beginning at SAE, before they started their sales), plus shipping to Canada, but I felt it was worth it to support the company. And once they started having those sales, I sure stocked up even more.

They led the way for many of today's boutique labels, and I think we all owe them for that. Once the studios began to cut more deals to license out their films, we entered a golden age of film collecting.

So thanks, Twilight Time. You had a good run.

It really is a shame to see such a great label officially close shop.

Just wanted to add my voice of appreciate here for Twilight Time. They will be sorely missed. I think my favorite thing about their releases, and what I will miss the most, are those wonderful commentary tracks with Nick and Julie. Always such a pleasure to listen to those two talk about movies! Those commentaries are treasures to be cherished.

Any of you long-time TT aficionados know what the first TT release with a commentary was? I’m sure it’s OOP now, but...I would like to know so I can at least keep an eye out for it on the second-hand market.

Well, that sucks. Admittedly, I hadn't bought a lot from them because many releases were outside of my usual interests but sad to see a label with a big catalog shut down. There is at least one title I was planning to buy (The Pirates of Blood River), so I'll have to browse their site and see if there's anything else I want. At least when they close their remaining stock will be offered through Screen Archives.

Picked up 4 titles from Twilight Time.

I think I have 12 in total:

Cutter’s Way
Talk Radio
Who’ll Stop the Rain
Murphy’s Law
State of Grace
Devil in a Blue Dress
U-Turn
Hombre
Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia
At Close Range
Where the Sidewalk Ends
Kiss of Death

The first 4 are what I picked up tonight.

I ripped into them for several years for their business model. I kind of regret it now.

I believe this was the first release with a commentary w/ Nick:

And these two were the first with Nick and Julie:

I'm very sad to see Twilight Time going out of business. I have so many discs from them, and back in the years when I was active on Facebook, Julie Kirgo was on my friends list, and I had some very nice communications with her. I loved Julie's film notes in the TT booklets, and her and Nick's commentaries on the discs, sometimes with friends, were great. Julie and Nick-- good people who seriously loved movies, and they were not film snobs either, which I loved. They appreciated everything from little-known art films to Charles Bronson shoot 'em ups to Woody Allen movies. They put out Elvis Presley films on Blu-ray that no other company had cared enough to release on the format, which meant so much to this Elvis fan.

Man, this news of TT ceasing business has me feeling wistful and even a little melancholy. I've been expecting this news to come, really, since Nick passed, and especially since I heard that Julie had left the label, but it's still hitting me harder than I expected. Twilight Time did so much good for film lovers over their years of operation. Some of my favorite discs (most of them now OOP):

The Song of Bernadette
Leave Her to Heaven
The Driver
The Mechanic
The Incident (a lost classic, and an extremely intense acting powerhouse that I only discovered through TT)
Follow That Dream
Picnic
The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds (such a deeply moving film, and another lost classic from TT)

I could go on and on... Twilight Time, you will be missed. Nick Redman, you are missed so very much.

Not sure of the Nick and Julie disc.

I will laughingly say -- good luck on the secondary market watch for THE EGYPTIAN. It's really ugly or really nice depending on which side of the disc you're own.

FWIW -- mine's going nowhere at any price. I may try to take it with me even though they say you can't.

Just so! I had seen jmclick's response to another member's inquiries regarding KEYS, but totally missed bwdowlak's helpful reply to me. In fact, even looking for it with your road map, Aclea, I still went right by it and had to scan the page again before finally landing on it. Of course, as per the usual Blu-ray.com forum fashion, I take no responsibility for any of this. But I do offer a belated thanks to the three of you for your assistance. I have always depended on the kindness of strangers.

Jeffrey Hunter is probably the only member of the cast that even remotely looks like he gives a shite.

"Sayonara" is okay but Brando's southern accent could be a potential turn-off for some folks (it's not completely over the top but it can make the viewer wonder why he needed to have one). Red Buttons and Miyoshi Umeki are the real highlights.
Thanks, Daily. I know you have lots of great company in your assessment of Nick Ray's JESSE JAMES, but I tend to be kind of lenient with 50's westerns for the most part and usually find something or other to make even the most uninspired ones worth my time. As far as genres go, I have a lot of built in allowances for westerns. But I will heed your warnings, especially about Wagner who has never been a real favorite of mine. I know Ray wanted James Dean and then Elvis in the part and when neither worked out and Fox forced Wagner on him, he tail spinned.

The other reason I ultimately decided to get it is what if I do suddenly get in the mood to see it someday and it's cryogenically frozen with Walt Disney's head?

As for SAYONARA, I love Brando, even in his most surreal incarnations, but I've stayed away from this picture all these years because I've heard it's painfully slow. I can handle just about anything in any movie ever made except boredom. Still though, for the end price of $13 and change, including shipping, I can always drink some coffee before I watch it.

I missed out on:

Peyton Place
I Want To Live!
The Gang's All Here

I kept getting "not enough to fill your order", so they're gone.

But I did get:

Let's Make Love
The Whole Town's Talking
Untamed
The Hospital
Garden of Evil
The Return of Frank James
Whirlpool
Black Widow (1954)
The Snake Pit

I'm going to miss Twilight Time. This will bring my TT selection to a humble 29. I tried supporting them as much as I could over the years (at their full prices, too).

So sad! Loved Twilight Time, especially for Richard III, Husbands and Wives and Auto Focus, and, most of all, The Last Detail.

Auto Focus was a great release by them I see it's finally sold out. It was one of the last TT titles I purchased from them directly but the last ones were Romeo Is Bleeding and Rapid Fire via eBay.

I will make one last order though for a few titles.

I know anytime I look at second hand BD's always looking for The Egyptian even if it's available on BD as an import. It was just another great TT release along with Fright Night, As Good As It Gets and Sleepless in Seattle.

Any chance some of the older titles will be picked up by someone else (besides the Fox ones because we all know that's a No). More specifically:
Picnic
Born yesterday
Love is a many splendored thing
