Doubtful. Indicator has only ever released six Fox titles. And only four of those had released by Twilight Time: The St. Valentine's Day Massacre, The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds, Dragonwyck, and The Snake Pit. And of those four, Dragonwyck is the only one that sold out in its Limited Edition and is now offered as a Standard Edition. I'll be interested to see if they manage to offer SEs of any of them (aside from Dragonwyck) before their license expires.

I don't imagine that they'd licensed anything else from Fox, or they'd probably have put them out already. Consider the problem Signal One is having with the Fox titles they were supposed to be releasing the last several months.

For the record, the other two Fox titles they've released are Little Murders and The Third Secret.

Little Murders was a title I had hoped Twilight Time would have released.

Yeah, it definitely seems like one that would've been right up their alley.

I think TT were waiting for Fox to create new 4k masters for that and Third Secret before they decide to drop and/or swap them out for different titles. Not sure if Fox ever finished creating those new masters nor what masters the Indicator BDs use.

Another item on the brink

Indicator’s Little Murders used an old master.

Guess Indicator couldn't be picky like TT was and wanted to get it out before the 20th Century Disney merger happened.

I should clarify that it doesn’t look completely awful or anything. Indicator did a pretty good job with what they were presented with; it just doesn’t look like a modern 4K scan.

I purchased the two new Twilight Time releases from Screen Archives and added two Code Red titles I needed. I didn't feel great about spending $10+ to ship 4 blu rays. It's funny that I was going to buy them at Diabolik DVD, but Diabolik DVD had increased prices to offset the shipping at Screen Archives I guess.

I stupidly bought the Indicator a few years back not realizing it was region B locked. If there were more non region A discs I wanted at this point I'd get a region free player, but it's not worth it for one movie.

If you have a Panasonic player then it will work with the "top menu" trick.

Or better yet get a region-free player, Every self respecting film lover should have one IMO

Just ordered The Boston Strangler (1968) and Black Widow (1954).
With the promo code, it took care of most of the shipping. Only had to pay like 46 cents for shipping. Total of $40+
Not too bad for TT.

No problem! Having a Panasonic player is a decent alternative to getting a region free player; in my experience all of my region locked Arrow, BFI, Carlotta, Eureka, Indicator, and Koch Media discs have worked perfectly on my non-modded Panasonic.

Just picked up a handful of TT titles from Screen Archives with that code.

The Bravados (1959; Gregory Peck); The Chairman (1969; Gregory Peck); Warlock (1959; Henry Fonda); The Return of Frank James (1940; Henry Fonda); and Behold a Pale Horse (1964; Gregory peck, Anthony Quinn).

Went ahead and ordered, "Jesse James" (Fox release) from Amazon to go with "Return of Frank James".

Thanks to following Dailyan's suggestion of using the workaround for region locked discs on Panasonic players I was able to watch my copy the other day and it looked okay. Comparing the master to some TT releases I'd say it was about average looking. PQ was nothing special but didn't seem DNR'd and there was a decent amount of detail like you find in most older Fox masters that weren't heavily manipulated.

The SAE Twilight Time Sale is extended through Thursday, March 11th, as announced via their Facebook page today.

They note that:
AUTO FOCUS
CHATO'S LAND

have SOLD OUT.

...For the last time??

I feel as if the diminishing returns have diminished.

Got the email as well, the sale is being extended due to its “popularity” although I can’t help feeling that they’re probably not getting the sales they wanted when, at $19.99 with 20% off, this is the most expensive that TT titles have been for some time.
