I'm done with this company and have lost what little respect I had for them. They release something I'll just look for an import of it elsewhere to buy instead.
It is rough looking - particularly in the edge enhancement department.. Happy to have it though as I am a big Charlton Heston Fan.

Either it's an optical illusion or he made custom slips. The "booklets" appear to be wider than the cases and the Philadelphia booklet is black and white with the title, Philadelphia, in red. So, it looks like he made his own slips.

I agree that the Arrow release of OBSESSION is superb. However, I'd like to see Twilight go them one better and include Bernard Herrmann's great score on an isolated audio track. Herrmann's score has been long OOP on CD.

It will not be one better if they only include an isolated track
Arrow did a phenomenal job with Obsession

MINDWARP is a bit out of left field. Only interesting if it's uncut.

I haven't seen any of them, but Drums Along the Mohawk, Alamo Bay, Mindwarp, and The Way We Were all seem interesting. For very different reasons.

TT Q4 '13 releases broken down by (Director) and Composer:
  • Drums Along the Mohawk (John Ford) - Alfred Newman
  • Alamo Bay (Louis Malle) - Ry Cooder
  • Mindwarp (Steve Barnett) - Marc Governor
  • The Other (Robert Mulligan) - Jerry Goldsmith
  • Oliver! (Carol Reed) - Johnny Green (uncredited)
  • The Way We Were (Sydney Pollack) - Marvin Hamlisch
  • Jane Eyre (Robert Stevenson) - Bernard Herrmann
Some big "Woo-hoos" there for us IST fans! I was wondering when they'd get around to releasing another Herrmann-scored title. Plus Ry Cooder. Plus more Goldsmith and Newman. Very Merry Christmas!

Drums Along the Mohawk! Holy cow! So glad this one is coming soon. I made it a write-in selection multiple times during the recent Fox Movies poll. Happy day, folks More John Ford is always a good thing.

Also Alamo Bay. Never seen it but always wanted to.

EDIT: Already knew about Oliver!, a childhood favorite I must have watched dozens of times whenever it aired on network TV. Man, great things are coming from Twilight Time the remainder of the year.

As I mentioned in another review recently, The Other contains an absolutely glorious score by Jerry Goldsmith.
