Good they accommodate you that way. Me I just order in 3s, seems to be the best solution (get a box, items aren't oversqueezed into too small of a box).

Sony's Kim Novak dvd box was a great addition to my collection a few years back. The blus were must haves.
For that cost that box better be gold plated.

If I order a TT blu-ray from Amazon, it takes four days now instead of the 2 to 3 it took just a month or so ago.
They use a new horrible shipping service. Mine used to arrive in 2 days, sometimes overnight. Now it's 5 days and that isn't counting that it sometimes takes them 3 days just to ship them. And then even when they announce them shipped they still aren't really shipped yet. Im sure this is a cost saving measure and that is fine but don't charge me $4.30 if I am not even getting first class shipping.

I know mine did too but ever since this new shipping started it comes from NJ.

You'll receive your stuff from UPS Mail Innovations, but there can be delays. I suspect that at least one day is lost when the packaged is handed off from UPS to your local USPS. If that happens on a Saturday, you may not receive your package until at least the following Monday.

It's a brave new world.

My order of the Sinbad blu-rays is still listed as pending with no shipping notice email or even a pending charge on my credit card yet. I pre-ordered them right when they went up and I live in Virginia. A year or so ago I used to get my Twilight Time Blu-rays either the Saturday or Monday before the release date. The past 6-8 months I've been lucky if I get them on the Saturday after the release date. It's all karma to even out for my earlier purchases.

They ship from NJ? Good, maybe I'll get my 2 BDs today since I'm next door (even though I just got an email yesterday). Funny thing is, I went to the SAE to check the status and there was a tracking number but nothing had been shipped yet. About 20 minutes later I got the email. Second time that happened to me.

Looks like I can sit back and relax awhile. I had my first shipping update from New Jersey and my package was just delivered to Innovations. The estimated delivery date is Monday 12/16

I guess a day or two isn't a big deal but Amazon delivers my stuff postage free earlier than this.

I still have not had a charge on my credit card (after the initial preapproval at the time of the order) so it's not shipping soon.

Yeah, had the same sucky message today as well. I don't like the new shipping situation. Up to now I loved Twilight Time, but charging this much for shipping plus the 30 bucks per movie, I'll only buy stuff I absolutely must have from now on from them. That and them telling me it had shipped back on Saturday and I find out it was shipped just today.

Picnic and Bell, Book and Candle both arrived today. This was pretty quick for SAE, so here's a good shout-out to the company.

I'm not angry at TT and their awesome blu-rays. I just want the Sinbad movies as soon as possible. A couple of days is no big deal but when you pay over 5 bucks shipping you figure it shouldn't take a week to deliver. Just sayin'.....

Well, I have to admit, as much as I have praised SAE in the past, I am getting tired of what has been happening lately. Trying not to be too negative on them, but for the past five out of six months, my TT pre-order has sat unshipped until several days or even a week after release day. Not looking good this month either as of tonight, with my order still pending. This was not a normal event for SAE last year or earlier this year. Routinely, more often than not, they always shipped before release date unless there was a manufacturing delay that affected every customer, and I got my movies on release day or one day later. I just wish they would go back to how efficient they used to be.

This. I'm still pending as well. I order on the day preorders go live and buy at least three movies at a time. I am what you would call a loyal customer. But my goodwill is being tried by the lengthy shipping and the shipments happening days after the release dates.

The waiting game is pretty lame. But, it's still better than the headache that is WB Shop.

I ordered the Sinbad's from TCM and haven't received a shipping notice yet. I pre-ordered Body Double from them as well and it was shipped in one of those grey baggies. I wasn't impressed then. Won't expect much now. I simply ordered from them to take advantage of their cyber Monday deal and the use of ebates.

Don't forget the mass credit card hacking fiasco which WB Shop never even admitted occurred, much less addressed and apologized for!

I just finished Bell, Book, And Candle.

It's a pretty fun movie, but not something I'd likely watch again. Loved the setting, though.
